2 grass fields with level non-electric grass pitches. Each pitch is suitable for tents, roof tents, camper-vans, caravans and motorhomes. We also allow car-camping, roof tents & trailer tents.
4 pubs within walking distance. Plenty of countryside walks and great public transport links. 10 minutes from Pickmere Lake and Budworth Sailing Club and only 20 minutes from Manley Mere.
Dogs are welcome, however they MUST be on lead at all times. Please note that breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not accepted. For off-lead action you can make a private booking at the on site dog park here
Campfires and BBQs are welcome, however all fires and BBQ's MUST be placed on a fire-retardant mat and raised off the ground. Please note that we have CCTV in place, and those found not complying with this rule will be asked to vacate the campsite.
Please inspect our site map upon booking. All areas other than the camping field are part of our home and we ask you to respect this and our privacy.
No waste is accepted onsite. All rubbish must be taken away with you at the end of your stay.

Entry to the campsite is via an ANPR traffic bollard. You are free to choose any pitch that is available upon your arrival.
At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.
Our family friendly site is in the grounds of the 400-year-old Stretton House, surrounded by the Cheshire countryside, with handy transport links nearby and outdoor activities that include alpaca walking, golf at 2 local golf courses with driving ranges or Manley Mere Watersports (a 20-minute drive away).
Beautiful Tatton Park (15 minutes drive) Marbury Country Park (5 minutes drive) Arley Hall (5 minutes drive) Historic Chester (20 minutes drive) along with an array of shops in the village of Stockton Heath (5 minutes drive), Cheshire Oaks and The Trafford Centre (both 20 minutes drive) mean that there's always something to do.
You’ll have your pick of two fields, both with car parking by the pitch free of charge and dogs allowed. There are facilities including showers which require payment by 2x£1 coins, toilets, kitchen sinks, WIFI and a water standpipe, with fresh-running drinking water.
Our on-site dog park can be pre-booked via the website before your arrival. You’ll have permission to start up a raised barbecue or fire-pit on a fire proof mat, with logs and kindling for sale on site.
There is so much nearby - Pickmere Lake (10 minutes drive), the local ice cream farm (within 10 minutes drive), Chester Zoo (20 minutes) and so much more - you've so much choice.
There’s a farm shop just two minutes walk away from the site where you’ll be able to get your hands on local produce. Pubs aren’t far away either – there are four within 15 minutes’ walk of the site.
